Then, we touch on some advice for dealing with anxiety and stress, including how to deal with comparing yourself with other people grade wise, and finding ways to identify your anxious thoughts so they are easier to manage. We definitely feel that this topic is not talked about enough, so we hope that if any of these feelings discussed in the episode feel familiar, this episode reassures you aren't alone, and maybe some of the advice we give you are able to carry with you.
